The Lesotho Defence Force recently conducted a two-week training program for officers ranging from the rank of Captain to Lieutenant Colonel. This initiative, held in the past month, aimed to enhance the officers' leadership, management, and essential organizational skills.

During his address, the Deputy Commander of the Defence Force's Administration Division, Brigadier Nkhetheleng Mohale, emphasized that the support received from businesses involved in the event demonstrates the cordial relationship between them and the Defence Force.

Meanwhile, speaking on behalf of the facilitators, Mr. Paseka Ramokoatsi, also known as PDollar, urged the officers to implement the knowledge and skills they acquired during the training to foster sustainable change within the institution.
