Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police officially announced that passports are only issued and released after three days.This was said by the principal secretory in the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship,Home Affairs and Police Dr. Mamphaka Mabesa during the Public Service Launch on Wednesday.

Dr..Mabesa indicated that it is true that one can apply for a passport and get it after three days and she also highlighted that green passports, which are considered as normal passports for all Basotho are only 130 maloti.One of the people who have been wating for their passport say it is not true because its been years wating for their pusports.
