His Majesty King Letsie III and Her Majesty Queen ‘Masenate Mohato Seeiso, left Lesotho yesterday to be part of a three days Food and Nutrition Summit, which is going to start tomorrow in Georgia America.

The Minister of International Affairs Honorable Lesekgo Makhothi, said His Majesty King Letsie III was invited to the summit by Kelogg Foundation, because of his position as African Union’s Food and Nutrition champion.

Issues to be discussed at that summit include healthy food and nutrition for children, and King Letsie III is expected to give a key note address.

Kelogg Foundation is an independent private charity foundation formed in America in 1930, and it believes that all children should have equal opportunities to thrive.
