The National Manpower Secretariat(NMDS) is currently  awarding sponsorships to newly local tertiary students whose academic year starts in August 2017.

The NMDS Director Mrs Florina Rakeketsi told the press conference in Maseru that sponsorships contracts are currently awarded to students who are admitted to different local institutions of higher learning that include NHTC, CAS and Botho University.

She said however institutions such as NUL, LUCT and LAC are still behind in awarding of sponsorships contracts.
