It never rains but pours in Roma as students of the National University of Lesotho (NUL) have on Monday engaged in another strike.It has turned into a norm that whenever they do not get their allowances, they strike.

Around 13hrs00 when the Agency arrived in Roma shops and other small businesses, banks and petrol stations had closed to avoid looting.
