The Public Accounts Committee(PAC) has been ordered by the High Court of Lesotho, to stop investigating the officers of the Master of High Court, until their case is heard on the 5th June 2018.

A member of PAC Honorable Sam Rapapa, said the complainants want PAC to stop investigating them until their case is heard next month, as they were not given enough time to prepare themselves before they appeared in court, and that they were summoned by PAC via telephones.

According to Honorable Sam Rapapa, the complainants’ main concern is that PAC does not have the right to investigate and impeach them.
