Chef Sekamotho “Ska” Moteane, Lesotho's globally acclaimed culinary ambassador, is among over 100 distinguished chefs across Africa participating in the inaugural Pan-African Chefs Gathering and Policy Convention on African Food Systems, hosted by the Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa (AFSA) from July 23 to 25 in Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
Chef Ska’s invitation to this groundbreaking event underscores Lesotho’s emerging leadership in nutrition and food sovereignty on the continent. As Lesotho continues to champion healthy, locally rooted diets through policy and innovation, her presence in Ethiopia signals further continental recognition of our efforts.
