A 50th birthday for the Minister of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation, also a Member of Parliament for Thetsane Constituency # 34 under Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) Ms. Nthati Moorosi turned into a blessing for the Lefeta family as they received a new home.

Minister Moorosi handed over a fully furnished five-roomed house to the family at Matamong in Ha Thetsane as part of her birthday celebration. The house also came with croceries for the family.

She remarked that what has happened to the family which was living in a single rented room, and which had recently burried their daughter and sister who was brutally murdered, is the work of God.

Ms. Moorosi pointed out that following the tragedy that befell the family, she took it upon herself as the MP to secure help for the family. She stated that a donor who opted for anonimity came through.

She urged all to continue to pray for those in need and for leaders to serve the communities.

A member of the Lefeta family, the first son of Mrs. 'Makatleho Lefeta, Katleho Lefeta acknowledged the 'suprise gift' they had received. He stated that words cannot express their gratitude enough.

The birthday celebration commenced with a holy mass led by Reverend Father Nkesi who warned the Minister against discrimination. He applauded her for giving thanks for the gift of life adding that she has set a good example. He encouraged the public to be grateful for everything.

The day continued with several other activities and entertainment at Lesia.
