The Lesotho Mounted Police Services(LMPS) has refuted allegations on the police officials and public dress.
The LMPS Spokesperson Supritendent Clifford Molefe says it has come to his office’s realization that there are people who have turned social media into a platform to tarnish police image by reporting false information.
This refutation comes as a result of Inspector Thene ordering police and the public to stop wearing tight clothing that includes jeans, miniskirts and leggings. The authorities say all these allegations are unfounded but are intended to disrespect LMPS.
