Zimbabwe's recently formed political party the National Patriotic Front (NPF), is reportedly backing the Movement for Democratic Change(MDC) Alliance presidential candidate, Nelson Chamisa in the forthcoming presidential elections.
A number of top officials within the party that is believed to be backed by former president Robert Mugabe, turned up for the MDC Alliance protest march in Harare on Tuesday this week, and pledged to back Chamisa's candidature in July this year presidential elections.
NPF's spokesperson Jealousy Mawarire, is reported to have sent the crowd into a cheerful mood when he chanted the MDC slogan, before announcing that they will be voting for president Chamisa, in the Zimbabwe’s upcoming 30th July 2018 presidential elections.
Mawarire said by the 30th July 2018, Chamisa will be providing them with universities, hospitals and cash in the banks.
